STEP 1

Download the Church Center App on your mobile device.

STEP 2

Click "Get Started". Click "Use My Location". Enter "Revival Church" and click "Revival Church". (if you can't find us use address 12100 Portola Springs, Irvine Ca 92618). Click "This is my church". Enter the primary cell phone for your family in our church database. Click "Log In".

STEP 3

Select "Signups" from the bottom right corner of the app and follow the steps to register.

STEP 4

After completing the sign-up form, please look for a confirmation email. You will need to complete a registration form and submit payment. Instructions will be in the confirmation email. Your registration will not be complete until all forms and payment are submitted.
